Smart MP3 Manager (a.k.a. SMP3) is the answer to Sony’s lack of good MP3 playing software. Its major feature is playlists management. SMP3 is built around playlists and supports editing while playing other music, editing the current playlist, multiple memory sticks, and more! Smart MP3 Manager is not for everybody. It is intended specifically for power users who care more about functionality than aesthetics. If you want skins and visualizations, Smart MP3 Manager is not the product for you. If you are a power user who wants real control over your MP3s, Smart MP3 Manager is the program for you! If you want better playback controls, AudioCtrlDA is a great complement to Smart MP3 Manager. Beyond the basics of play/pause and skip, it offers playback control within other applications, great Jog Dial support, and skipping within tracks.
